We provided project management services for the design and construction phase of the project, which included the complete interior renovation of the existing 17,000 sq. ft. banquet facility, a new 5,100 sq. ft. commercial kitchen to service over 500 patrons, a new 5,000 sq. ft. ski chalet and a new 380-car parking lot.
