The Huntley Park District is planning a new Golf Entertainment Center at Pinecrest Golf Club, situated in the area of the existing practice range. The facility will feature 11 covered hitting bays, an interior lounge, and an exterior patio. The project also includes an expanded 14,000 +/- square foot practice green and a renovated turn stand within the existing clubhouse. The built area will total approximately 6,500 square feet, excluding site improvements. Site work will include new cart paths and updated netting for the practice range; all designed to support and enhance the new entertainment experience.
Featherstone has been retained for complete project management, including preconstruction services and construction management, for the Huntley Park District’s new Golf Entertainment Center at Pinecrest Golf Club.
